Desmond Elliot becomes a father
Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot became a father for the very first time on Thursday March 29th when his wife delivered a set of twins, both boys. I heard he's named them Denzel and Berec. Two boys in one goal..that guy sure knows how how to score. Congrats to the happy first time father.
Francis Agu buried
Top Nigerian actor, Francis Agu, who died March 20th after a protracted undisclosed illness, has been buried. He was buried at his paternal home of Enugu on Friday March 30th. He had no wife or child before his untimely death at the age of 42. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
The new Lagos State House
The new Lagos State House which cost a whopping N3 billion to build, which was started in 1988 but abandoned midway and resuscitated by Governor of Lagos State, Ahmed Bola Tinubu in 2006, will be officially commissioned tomorrow Wednesday April 4th.
The new ultra-modern edifice, which was fashioned after the White House has a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, modern clinic, state of the art equipments, a lounge that is capable of sitting 100 people, a lawn tennis and badmitton courts. A gymnastics, table tennis, dart and billard rooms. The new house also has chalets and each chalets has it's own living and dining rooms, a study, kitchen, laundry, store, parking lots and gardens.
The expanse of land also has a helicopter pad, a mini golf course strictly for the Governor and his guests.
Within the premises is the Governor's new one storey building office with conference and meeting rooms, executive council chambers and a courtesy call room.
The edifice is situated right inside the Alausa Secretariat in Ikeja. Bola Tinubu has only 55 days left in office...NEXT!

Armed robbers raid computer village
About 40 armed robbers invaded the computer village in Ikeja, Lagos on Sunday April 1st and made away with goods worth about N11.5 million. The robbers armed with sophisticated weapons, were said to have arrived at about 1am with 4 vehicles, including 2 trucks and a pick van and made away with cartons of assorted cell phones, computers and other accessories. They operated till about 4pm after the police appeared on the scene. Reports say the robbers escaped after overwhelming the police. No one was killed in the raid.
