After being stranded in Europe for several days, the body of Alhaji Sikiru Ayinde Barrister was finally brought back to Nigeria for burial. He was buried right inside his room called Fuji Chambers at about 10pm on Thursday Dec 30th 2010. Among those who witnessed the burial were colleagues of the late musician, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Kollington ayinla, K1 De Ultimate, Dele Abiodun, Saheed Osupa, Alabi Pasuma, Salawa Abeni, among others.

His final burial place, Fuji Chambers, his room at his Isolo, Lagos residence is to be converted into a museum and tourist centre. And to achieve this, the children and widows of the late Fuji maestro are to be relocated and the building renovated to meet up with its new status.
