G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra

G.I. Joe is a since fiction action movie. This movie is based on G.I. Joe toy franchise. The inspiration of the movie is from the comic book and cartoon series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The director of the movie is Stephen Sommers. The story of G.I. Joe follows two American soldiers. They are Captain Duke Hauser and Ripcord. Mainly they are the heroes of the movie. Now I will tell you the story.

This is near future. Weapons Master James McCullen has created a nanotech-based weapon, which is capable of destroying a city. James company name is M.A.R.S. MARS cells four warheads to NATO. American soldier Duke and Ripcord are tasked with delivering the warheads. But their team has ambushed by the Baroness. Duke recognizes Baroness to be his ex-fiancée Ana Lewis. After ambushed Scarlett, Snake Eyes, Breaker and Heavy Duty rescue Duke and Ripcord. Baroness escapes from the battlefield. After the battle they take it to The Pit. After arriving on the Pit, the head of G.I. Joe team, General Hawk takes command of the warheads. Duke and Ripcord want to join the G.I. Joe team. Hawk declined the proposal at the first time. But he gives the permeation to join the team after Duke reveals that he knows Baroness. Duke and Ripcord train themselves to be a G.I. Joe member. One night Storm Shadow and Baroness attack the Pit in Egypt. They retrieve the warheads and take them to Baroness’s husband to weaponize. After finishing weaponize Strom Shadow kills Baroness’s husband. After that the G.I. Joe team able track Baroness and Strom Shadow. Duke and Ripcord try so hard to take back the warheads but failed. In the fight Strom Shadow launch a missile to the Eiffel Tower. It keeps destroying. Duke somehow manages to hit the kill switch. But Duke is captured and taken to James’s base under the Arctic. The Joes locate the base and get there. McCullen loads three missiles with nano-warheads, which are aimed for Beijing, Moscow, and Washington, D.C. In the base Duke found the researcher Cobra commander who is Ana’s brighter. He intends to do this to strike fear into the hearts of every man, woman, and child on the planet. After that they will turn in to the most powerful man in the world. That is his plan. When the Joes know about the plan they try to stop the missiles. At last they are able to stop the missiles. After that Rex and McCullen try to escape from the Joes. At last they captured by the Joes and the world is saved.

Channing Tatum act as Commander Duke, Marlon Wayans as Ripcord, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Heavy Duty, Dennis Quaid as General Hawk, Rachel Nichols as Scarlett, Ray Park as Snake-Eyes, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Cobra Commander, Christopher Eccleston as Destro, Sienna Miller as The Baroness and Lee Byung-hun as Storm Shadow. G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra is an awesome action movie. I have watched the movie and I like it very much.
