MOVIE ICON ELIZABETH TAYLOR DIES AT 79

Famed movie icon Elizabeth Taylor died Wednesday morning in Los Angeles at the age of 79. The brunette silver screen star had been hospitalised for about six weeks at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from congestive heart failure.Her publicist Sally Morrison says the actress's children were at her side when she passed on. Taylor first gained stardom as a child and appeared in more than 50 films.
